Nebraska Marriage certificates have been maintained by the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services for individuals married in the state of Nebraska since 1909.

• Adult Son/Daughter of Person Named on the Nebraska Marriage Certificate

In Person in Nebraska: You may go to any county health department in the State of Nebraska to obtain a certified copy of a Nebraska Marriage certificate. Most Nebraska Marriage certificates can be issued while you wait.
